What is Career Playground?
Career Playground is a free career platform for Indonesian fresh graduates, run by PopCard. It brings together a psychometric test designed by HIMPSI, roles from companies hiring through the platform, and in-person career events in Jakarta and Bandung.
Is the psychometric test free?
Yes. The test is free and always has been — you only need a Career Playground account to take it. There is no payment step, no trial, and no paid tier that holds the rest of your result back.
What happens at a Career Playground event?
Some mix of four things: a keynote and talkshow on how recruiters actually read candidates, a hands-on workshop on your CV and your sixty-second pitch, small-group roundtables with HR managers, and open-floor networking. Not every event carries all four — it depends on the room and who we are building the day with.
How do I apply for a role?
Register, take the test, then browse the open roles and apply from the platform. Your result carries weight when an employer judges your fit for a role you have applied to. It is not published, it is not searchable, and companies you have not applied to cannot browse it.
How can my company hire through Career Playground?
Get in touch and we will set your company up on the platform. There is no self-serve sign-up — every company is onboarded by us. Once you are set up you can post roles, see applicants alongside their assessment results, and join our events as a hiring partner.
